Job Summary Eisai is looking for an intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student currently enrolled in an Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or Data Science degree program to learn and develop new skills in a pharmaceutical environment. Essential Functions The intern will be responsible to work with the Global D&A Team to support ongoing efforts including: Data architecture for big and relational data storage solutions Data strategy implementation assuring alignment with business needs and use cases. Data engineering such as building data pipelines for utilization by data science and AI solutions. Generative AI solutions research and PoC implementation(s) Leverage internal data sets for RAG. Develop PoC using several technologies on AWS and Azure: Python, OpenAI, Amazon Q... Plan for PoC industrialization. Creation of data visualizations utilizing tools such as Tableau. Creation of supporting documentation. Key Skills Required Experienced in Python, PySpar, SQL, or similar languages. Skilled in the concepts of Databases, Analytics and Dashboarding Strong organizational skills Solid analytical and critical thinking Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex details in a concise manner.
